Good broadband, tricky setup
I ordered the Full Fibre 500 package last month. The speed has been really consistent, which was my main concern. Installation took a bit longer than I expected, around two hours, and I had to call customer service once to get the TV Box Pro fully synced. They were helpful though, just a slight inconvenience.
Fast internet, great value!
Switched to BT for their Full Fibre 900 plan and it's been fantastic! The download speeds are incredible, everything loads instantly. The setup process for the router was super straightforward, and I was online within minutes after the engineer left. I even got a reward card, which was a nice bonus! I'm really happy with this service; it's a huge upgrade from my old provider. Definitely shopping with BT again!
Reliable as always
This is my third time using BT, always for broadband. I just upgraded to Full Fibre 100 and the transition was smooth, as usual. My router arrived quickly, and I was able to set up the Complete Wi-Fi without any issues this time around. My previous Fibre 2 service was reliable, but this new speed is a noticeable improvement. It's why I keep coming back; they're consistent and don't overcomplicate things. Plus, having the BT TV Box Mini with my TV package all in one place is convenient.
